Who is this Heinrich and why does he maneuver? This video offers no answer but does reference the music video style of the Replacements.

It is directed by E. Elias Merhige, whose style your might recognize from Marilyn Manson’s “Anti-Christ Superstar” (ahem) short film. Or from Suspect Zero. Maybe Shadow of the Vampire?
