Remember when The Raveonettes had that jam out a few years ago called “That great Love Sound”? It was all & only the best bits of upbeat noirish 60’s garage rock pumped up with the power of a modern Marshall stack. It was brilliant and beautiful.
Those great Danes are back with a new sound now. They’ve scrapped the ‘love sound’ for the ‘Dead Sound’ now and all & only the best bits of downbeat noirish 60’s garage rock pumped up with the power of a modern Marshall stack. The more things change the more they stay the same.
