Kanye West “Flashing Lights”

Ok. This video. Ok. First the facts: it’s co-directed by Spike Jonze and Kanye West and was shot in the desert outside of Vegas.

This has always been our favorite track on Kanye’s album. So we saw this video last week cos that’s what working at MTV will get you. First reaction: Is that the whole video or a teaser trailer? Second reaction: what the mother fark? What’s up dudes, did your busy schedules keep you from shooting an entire video? Also, why’s the girl got to be all naked? Can’t a woman kill Kanye in an awesome Marc Jacobs outfit and a paif of Jimmy Choos?

It’s our opinion that “Good Life” should have been Kanye’s “Good Fellas” style video and “Flashing Lights” should have been his Justice alike video. We feel a little gypped.
