No sooner did we finish reading this month’s ish of Spin where they interview Stephen Malkmus and he tells them it’s unlikely Pavement will reunite anytime soon than the web goes all a-chatter with rumors that Pavement are going to reunite.
Except they don’t actually have any plans to reunite yet. Also, Malkmus has that whole new album with the Jicks to go out and tour on since it just came out yesterday.
We predict a Sprial Stairs solo album before Pavement get it together for an intimate reunion show.
