You must know that your Subterranean blogger is totally obsessed with Austrilian pop tart Kylie Minogue - so much so that when “Can’t Get You Out of My Head” was nominated for a VMA in 2003 we insisted on being her official MTV talent escort. It was, of course, fab.
Our obsession continues with her new video for “2 Hearts”. It’s the kind of song that should have been on the new Goldfrapp album. Kylie rolls around on top of a piano, Fab Baker Boys style, while a band who could ostensibly be either Sweet or the Spiders from Mars back her up. The all black outfit with touches of red in her lipstick and on the bottom of her Christian Louboutin heels and the Marilyn hair make for the most amazing styling on a music video we’re seen in ages.
