Ok, what we haven’t seen written about in the blogosphere yet is how Bennett Miller directed this Scarlett Johanasson video. He happens to also be the man who directed the Bob Dylan video Scarlett starred in for “When the Deal Goes Down”. Miller also directed the 2005 Oscar winning “Capote”.
That’s easily the most remarkable thing about this video, unless you’re into watching Scarlett Johansson get her make-up applied. Maybe there’s some sort of artist lesson about minimalism in this that we’re too bored to follow.
