Last night we were at Amoeba Records in L.A. (our cross-country trip continues) and saw the DVD of that Joy Division documentary and immediately made a note to post to you all about it. We promptly forgot but luckily a quick read through of The Playlist this morning reminded us, via their most recent glowing piece about the doc.
Take a peep at the trailer on the Joy Division movie website - you get a hint of the Control movie vibe but also an idea that this movie is much more colorful and offers a bit more guidance to what was happening behind the scenes.
