We got this email yesterday that read, “Did you send Black Kids questions? We’re in the middle of the interview right now.” And oops…we totally spaced on it. Luckily the smarties on the MTV Newsroom blog picked up our slack and turn in a quick video piece on the band’s response to this week’s semi-shocking (in the sense that nothing’s shocking) Pitchfork pug review of their debut full length.
As much as we’re into Suede, we still strongly recommend not having Bernard Butler produce your album if you’re essentially a garage rock band. Maybe just something to store in your head as a mental note for the future.
