Our dear white knights in MTV News are co-presenting this Saturday’s Subterranean and providing us with lots of their great coverage of the Lolla events from last weekend. Right now our favorite thing is the interview Bang Camaro did with the very passed out Black Lips.
Who are Bang Camaro, you ask? Sort of a metal band, in the hair metal style, who claim to love the indie rock more than life itself and yet have a band that appear to exist solely for licensing their songs to Rock Band and Guitar Hero. Not surprisingly, one of the band’s members works at Harmonix. As such we won’t subject you to their somewhat terrible video tracked by their even worse song, but we will insist that they’re pretty funny dudes.
