It’s directed by Ben Levine (no relation to Adam Levine of Maroon 5, we presume?) and largely features disembodied dancing legs.

The song is catchy as all hell - we keep finding that we’re very meh about Chromeo songs until you put some visuals to them and then we’re hooked.

Even before that iTunes commerical hit you should have probs been over it. However, there’s some catchy stuff happening here so if you’re not we won’t fault you.

And if you’re not prone to blogging it up at all and didn’t already hear most of the cuts from this album well then point yourself over to MTV.com and stream the whole damn thing before it’s in stores next Tuesday.

We’ve gotta tell you, last week around the Subterranean offices was a barrage of what our office-mate calls “homosexual dance rock” - we O.D.ed ourselves on the Cut Copy and M83 albums and the guy from down the hall who programs Logo’s “New Now Next” was constantly popping in to ask us again what label Heloise & the Savior Faire are on. There may have even been some old Erasure thrown on. Who knows.

So when we saw, a bit belatedly, that the Hercules video for “Blind” had hit the Internets we O.D.ed on it too. Strangely, we flash back to the early 90s, unlikely James Spader action vehicle “Stargate” when watching this music video. It’s all very futuristic Mayan temple.

The digital movie was shot entirely by 10 high school students who followed the band around Reno, filming interviews with them and a live performance in the city.

Check the trailer - it looks quite thoughtful and, dare we say, arty?
